New "Points" System!

As You Can See Ive Done Some Changes But...i also put in a new points system...
you will see how much points you have by looking at your user details
this is shown every time you post a topic,reply.

500 points=Forum Moderator
i will not be able to make any one a forum admin because you would be able to access
Administrator Panel.

This doesnt mean you can make random and retarded posts just so you get points.
Btw you cant get points in the "Other" category.

There will be a limit of moderators!
